All sales are final. As is the case with most beauty and fragrance companies, we do not accept returns on personal care products. We are an artisan perfumery that makes all our products by hand, in small batches. We recommend ordering samples first before purchasing a full bottle. Should a mistake be made by our company, such as shipping an incorrect product we will remedy the situation immediately
